Position: Executive Assistant to the CEO

We are a dynamic and rapidly evolving tech startup seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. This role is critical to streamlining operations, enhancing productivity, and enabling strategic decision-making at the highest level. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of success in fast-paced environments, with experience supporting C-level executives. Prior involvement in a startup, particularly within the tech sector, is advantageous but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
- Facilitate efficient communication channels between the CEO and other C-level executives, ensuring alignment across the company's strategic objectives.
- Assist in managing the CEO's workload and priorities by organizing and maintaining files, projects, and operations.
- Coordinate and prepare for high-level meetings, including agenda preparation, documenting minutes, and follow-up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Support the CEO in external relations, representing the CEO and the company in a professional manner.
- Assist in special projects as needed, providing flexible support to ensure company objectives are achieved.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting CEO(s) or other C-level executives.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, with startup experience being a significant plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and to deal with professionals inside and outside the company.
- High proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and other digital tools for executive support.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with high precision and minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

The pay range for this role is $65,500 to $75,500. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
