About The Role:

We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Development Representative Intern to join our team in Denver, CO. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in generating leads, building relationships, and contributing to the early stages of the sales process. As an Sales Development Representative Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to engage directly with potential clients, support sales strategies, and make a meaningful impact on Gesture’s growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field research and market analysis to identify and generate new leads.
  • Attend in-person events, conferences, and networking opportunities to introduce Gesture’s services and create meaningful connections.
  • Qualify leads through face-to-face interactions, gathering essential information for follow-ups.
  • Conduct outreach to prospects via phone, email, and in-person meetings to spark interest and build relationships.
  • Assist in setting up and attending field-based activations, pop-ups, and other lead generation events.
  • Provide feedback to the team on market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead management and follow-through.
  • Help prepare field marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to approach and engage potential clients confidently.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable conducting follow-ups via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Passion for sales, relationship building, and business development.
  • Willingness to travel locally and attend in-person events.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is a plus.
